Pine Dell Remodel: More Space More Light

Pine Dell, AZ

A martial arts master purchased a 50+ year-old house in Pine Dell with the intent of remodeling it for her family. The structure of the house was resistant to change —all of the walls, inside and out, were made from cinder block. Some structural revision and innovation was necessary to free up the interior. Large windows on the south wall were made into doors to allow the living area to expand into the out-of-doors. Construction is underway and is planned to be complete by December 1, 2018.
